Terms and Conditions of Sales Payments/Deposits
We require a 40% (from $3400) to 60% (under $500) deposit before we will begin work on all armor, acsessories, heads, etc. We need these in order to hold a place for your commission (when we only have a certain number of slots available), as well as to buy initial supplies and make some other preparations. For all small commissions (anything under $100) the entire amount up front is required. Orders over $100 can be broken up into several payments, but to start an order we'll need a certain amount payed. We usually do not stock in bulk, and prefer to work with each individual customer on a case by case basis. Deposits are non-refundable.
We accept PayPal, Wire Transfer and Money orders. PayPal is best and more secure, and please always remember to send it as 'goods' and not 'services'. Include your FULL mailing address in the paypal note when you send money, as well as a small note to let us know what is being paid for, or symply request an invoice. Building of your project will not begin until your initial payment has cleared. Bounced checks are subject to fees and will cause your commission to be immediately canceled. After the initial payment you have until the project is completed to pay it off before it is shipped, however we do require a monthly payment of at least 10% month. We will hold completed commissions for 2 months before we start charging a storage fee of 5% of it's production cost a month to be tacked on to whatever is still owed at that time. If the comission won't be payed off for the 6 month (183 days) after we sent a notification, the item will be put on sale.
Paypal offers you total refund, but remember, that if you will issue total refund, I will immediatelly stop all the wok on certain order and in 3 days all the materials and forms will be used in commissions that are funded. I do protect byers and comissioners who inwest in my work but this mean that I have to reject all the unfunded work until I deside to make a gift to someone. This policy helps me to replace and repair damadged masks for free, to improve my skills and to create new designs and devices.

Deadlines
Please indicate any and all deadlines before you pay. Obviously, unreasonable deadlines will not be accepted. We can give you a general time period that is based off of a previous project. We usually require up from 1 months notice from project completion (without shipping time). Brand new projects can require even more time. However, we are not obligated to accept deadline changes once the date has been settled on. Deadline adjustments will be made on a case-by-case basis, and a fee for such can/will be determined in similar fashion and we won't guarantee that your every deadline adjustment request will be accepted and executed. It's because all the projects are put in a row on certain position and mooving any of them up can affect other project completeing dates. Same time the earlier indicated deadlines has higher priority. We still can try to make the item faster, but if we don't clearly accepted new deadline, it's nothing but just a try with uncertain result.
There can be several types of deadlines: rush, specified date, general time period, no deadline. The Rush deadline is explained later in the conditions. Specified date is a date you need the ordered item to be at you (it can be any event: a con, an exhibition openning, a special party, a concert, etc). We need to know about such an events becasue if not, the deadline is set to general time period. General time period is not a date, but a set of dates. Sucn deadline is flexible and can be influenced by technological quenes, can be mooved a bit under certain circomstances. No deadline is a default for experimental projects that require some new techniques to be tested (this projects are usually came with a discount). Also no deadline is set for projects that has the main goal to be high-end and the quality is more important than anything else.
If you don't specify clear deadline at the start of the project, we will work on it until the result will satisfy our standards. Such projects usually collect all our latest ideas and features that won't confront with the original idea. But please, remember, that it's easy to change deadline to longer one, but it can be very hard to change it ti stricter one, especially from "no deadline" to 1 month deadline or stricter.
When your project is started, we keep in touch with you to show how it's going to be. So you can correct some details or specify them "on the flow". If It's up to us or clearely described at the start, such corrections won't effect to deadline, but if there is an importaint detail that needs to be considered by you, the speed of our interaction can influence to production time. Usually we post updates on our facebook page, but them can be irregular or uncomplete until there is your check is needed. So, please, if there is no news for several days, do not ask me how is it going - I will e-mail you if there is something really important, while too frequent questions can slow the process down (I wish it was not a fact).

Of course, we can not take much of them, so if a Rush order slots are already ocupied (we have 2 Rush order slots right now), we wont ascept any other. Rush orders are required to be payed in 100%. As well, the cost is much higher than for the same item in not Rush state. The shipping must be payed additionally (we can use DHL express, or FedEx, or some other cervices for shipping).
We will not accept the return or refund request on a project because a customer decides they want a different color or species, etc. or we refused new deadline. If there is an actual defect in the item, it can be returned and repaired in 90 days without cost. We also can repair the item if it was used according to the terms, for free (not including shipping costs), but if there is any serious damage we can ask a certain amount. If you decide to return a project under acceptable terms, we will refund your balance, but your deposit will be forfeit.
We reserve the right to reproduce parts made for your costume. Anything we had made a mold or pattern for. Usually we are going to use most of the molds, patterns, masterforms, etc in our next projects - it helps to reduce the single production cost. Sometimes it means that there can turn out similar item, even in the same colors. If you require something to be "unique" to your suit only we can do that, however it would make the price go up considerably for the time and materials used: you will have to pay all the expencies.

You MUST be 18 years or older to commission from us OR have a clear proposal of your paerents or anyone who is in charge. By sending in a quote form, you agree to these terms. If we at some point find out that you are not 18, your money will be refunded (minus the 40% deposit) and the commission will be cancelled.
Shipping
All our items are shipped through DPD with package tracking as well as insurance. We do accept international shipping. Shipping prices are usually included in the price (the so called "free shipping"). Also we can send the items via DHL express shipping, but this time full shipping cost will be required to pay. Your item will not be shipped until the entire project cost has been paid in full, including shipping.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any commission at any stage of the process if the commissioner is rude, threatening, or otherwise unreasonable. Unless we agree to them, no changes can be made to a commission once we have purchased the supplies. If you want to change the commission (for example, another design or completely other item), it will be considered as a new order with another time and cost, but we will do a reasonable discount for a deposit if we'll be able to use anything that is already made for your previous order. The deposit non-refundable. If for any reason something comes up that keeps you from being able to pay, simply e-mail us and explain the situation. If you wish to cancel your commission, we will refund the balance and the deposit will not be returned.
There are cases where we may refuse a project. This could be due to time constraints, or the actual subject matter. As with many other commissioners, there are certain lines that we will not or can not cross. If we refuse a commission/project, the customer will be notified (with reason included).
Personal
We prefer to create more realistic doll heads and sci-fi armor but we still accept anything on occasion. Anything unique/original we'll enjoy creating, and if it's not been made yet even better. For any reference sheet the commissioner must have the right to recreate the design, i.e. it's the original one or the commissioner have the copyright owner's permission.
We may slightly alter the details of a commission (texture, shape, size) or certain aspects of the original design to make it more comfortable to function as well as making items blend more believable. We will be sure to take the time to communicate with the commissioner over these possible changes before proceeding.
Different items can require some sizes and we'll ask all the required before and while making the items. Even swords, guns and other props require commissioner's general size and a full length photo to make the item the right scale to provide the feeling. We'll also make a preview of how it may look like - this operations are made before taking a deposit. If you do not have a reference sheet then that is fine, you'll just have to be very specific when you describe it.
